I would guess because of the following:

As I just found out... Its a dead issue. Here's what I've gathered

There is no way to get the CWSS mod
There will not be a CWSS mod
There will not be any stand alone versions of the subs from CWSS

Right?

Not exactly, item 3 says there is a new version coming. PM Yamato_PF and see what he can tell you.
