you can not do that.. i explained to you how you can know if your crew is working at flood... you must to wait that the engineer is healed to send crew to fix the flood

Surely there is a mod somewhere that fixes this. I think it's silly that your crew won't repair damage if the CE is injured. Anyone know if there is a fix? This happened to me too

Seems weird to me. If an officer is injured, the men can't do anything but pick their noses? They may not have all the expertise, but desperate men can and do try, and often succeed.

I would say that you are wright maybe but not 100% - i think an good compromise will be if the crew will need more time to repair the destroyed systems when injured - i look at the situation that when the engineer is injured this simulate that not only him is injured... you can not have only the available oficers injured on your uboat... so we came back at crew management wich is so and so in sh5

MCCD worked for me on stock game, never had any injuries on crew since I use tdw ui. Anyway, the crew is working, even if the engineer dude is dead but at slower rate.

i see .. you say that even you do not give the order and the icons that show you that you sendet the crew to repair the broken systems the sistems are repaired but at a slower rate
