Or course, no one is going to want to play as a Iranian terrorist supporter....

..., a US/UN vs Russia/China campaign could be thrown in.... would probably be more interesting.... :hmm:

....probably a political battle for regional influence that turns into a smoldering yet convert military conflict. The US would be trying to enforce its agenda on North Korea and at the same time gain more influence in the economical lenchpin of the Malacca straight (which it has been trying to do for years). China and Russia teamup to try to prevent the US from gaining any more Asian influence and expell them from the region.

Because they are teamed up, the Russia's sell China all the tech it needs (just as the US arms its European allies)... even so far as selling them SSN's and SSBNs (without the missiles of course). And finally they declare the US embargo of North Korea illegal, pledge to defend North Korea from US/UN persecution, declare that the will start selling SSN's and SSBN's to North Korea (just to spite the Americans) and a limited shooting war errupts. Officially its between the US and North Korea, but most of North Korean assets are Russian manned, and are just pretending to fly the North Korean flag.

*starts to daydream*
