[REL] The Battle for the Baltic

Hey Guys,

I haven't heard about you for a while. This topic has been too quiet so far. So what's happening now on the Baltics dark waters? Is any new patch or a new bigger Russian MOD comming or have I missed something while I was away from this site???
Please give me some info because I'm eager to see some new action sailing on Russian side!

Hi Bodri,
I'm not an active member of the SOM grp for the moment, but I have to say that the new mod is under development. Working title for this mod is Soviet Fairway (i'm not sure about correct translation). Basic info about upcoming mod you can get from here: http://forum.six-oceans.ru/topic/37/ or from here: http://www.sukhoi.ru/forum/showthread.php?t=65239 , it's in russian but i hope with help of online translators you can understand the main idea.

Quick question,

are the Radio Messages included in the English Campaign pack? because i'm playing it now, everything is in english.. except for those darned Radio messages....

I can make the cyrillic phontic using my mental skills, but i can't translate it into English!

It's just a bit detracting from the experience of what is otherwise, a fantastic mod

Also! Why is it that my sub magically gets damaged when i am sailing out over water, I understand the Baltic is shallow (slightly annoying, but i'll live) but the sub is just getting randomly damaged and more often than not sinking!

It's quite annoying!

Probably, you're getting damaged by hitting a minefield, since some version of the mod these minefields had been marked on the ingame map, anyway in the beginning of this thread were a few pictures represents them. As for the first part of your question, I don't know whether there’s any translation of radio messages or not.

Anyone able to post a working link to the 1.03 patches needed for BFB? All of Hotmanandre's filefront links do not work anymore.
