Is it my imagination, or is every single one of those guns from the stalker pictures all left handed, and being used right handed. Dunno about you but about the last thing i want is hot spent shells being ejected into my face.

To be fair though, when you're standing in the middle of an irradiated wasteland with mutants jumping off the trees at you, mutated dog packs biting your legs off and the army strafing you with a Hind...where the spent shells are ejecting might come lower on the priority list than you'd expect.

I dunno, that last gun pictured could get real painful, particularly with that cocking handle coming back where your teeth are if using the sight/scope. Anyhow I thought it funny given that left handed guns are pretty damn rare, and it gets even more funny when you realize that the selector switches are all also on the wrong side too (left handed ejecting guns with ambi selector switches are even more rare).

But I've seen that lots before. A lot of modders who make these models, don't know the first thing about guns

Lol, well most of the time your running around some X lab full of evil mutants always ready to give you a face lift, no time for gun safety!
(The scope is actually something I added on, had iron sights.)

Why the guns have their ejection thingies on the wrong side, is purely for cosmetic reasons, the developers said it themselves some time back.

Not only the ejection ports, but the guns seem to be entirely mirrored. For example TF's silenced scoped compact AK(lol at the combination) has its selector switch and scope mount on the wrong side.
