She introduced her new album on the Celebrity Apprentice last year. She sang one or two songs from it if I remember correctly.

Steve just has issues with 'the next generation' Cindy was great in doing her own thing. This is what made her unique.

[edit] Sorry, I listened to the clips and wasn't impressed. If you want to hear a real blues woman, listen to Joanna Connor or Ana Popovic.

Good stuff,Steve

I admit it. I also have nothing against her, just not my style. And I didn't say I had anything against her singing the blues, I just said I wasn't impressed.

You know Steve the nice thing about the blues is that it didn't stop evolving once spats went out of style...

Another nice thing about the blues is that they like the music more than their egos. I'd bet any of those old gents would have been happy to jam with the likes of Cyndi Lauper, not to mention Charlie Musslewhite and Johnny Lang, both of which are also on her new album.

I don't deny it. I wouldn't mind playing for her either, given the chance. My listening habits, on the other hand...

There is no bad music, there's only music you don't like.

I listened to some works by Ana Popovic, and totally OK!
