Just for the record, the only reason i wrote my last post, was because 3 different people touched on the same subject. Otherwise, id have kept my yap shut. It's not my intention to rehash another fleetboat vs uboat argument. Everyone walks away angry, more polarized into this Us vs them mindset, with horse blinders firmly in place.

For anyone who's truly interested in WW2 diesel submarines and submarine warfare in general, id encourage you to explore both theaters with equal zeal. Your really missing out if you don't.

agreed. Being a skipper of a U.S. boat in the Pacific in SH4 or a Kaleun of a U-Boat in the Atlantic in SH5 can be as fun and challenging.
