It's a one stop shop collection of mods, and Includes RUB (which in itself is a large collection of fixes and enhancements). IUB makes it easy to to a massive MOD upgrade in one easy step. The only disadvantage is you have to wait a little longer for enhancements to make it through the pipeline. New version is due out any day...OrGy?
