After he is caught, he tries to sue Utah for the mental anguish and injuries he received when he was fleeing and hiding from the police. He told the court that he felt like a hunted animal. Nor surprisingly the Utah courts did not rule in his favour. Some people's kids. __________________ abusus non tollit usum - A right should NOT be withheld from people on the basis that some tend to abuse that right.
