Requirements for personal badges?

What are the requirements for the personal badges?

I've already gotten Iron Cross First Class, Iron Cross Second Class and the Knight's Cross with Golden Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds.

Over 200k tonnage so far, I think anyway.

Err. And I don't have any of the badges, so that would be what I was wondering.

The badges seem to work strangely. I think if you start a patrol then dock without going anywhere you will proberly get both.
