I've become a real exercise fiend. I'm pretty into cycling, and I ride an average of twenty miles per day, four days a week. I hit the weights on off days, and still train regularly at the dojo. For my diet, I've cut out meats, processed foods and sweets, and I've never felt better in my life.

I ride to and from work three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), and take a long ride on Saturdays. The weights are in my basement with a stationary bike I use in cold weather.
