I'm not a big fan of politics or politicians. Nothing ever seems to be for bettering the life of the common man. It is all about power. The parties bicker back and forth, control and lost and gained, and nothing ever really gets done. One party undoes what the other party did. Well, maybe not.. but in my opinion politicians are a different breed of people who don't care about anything but them getting power.

If you had to categorized me, I think communism is a great idea if it worked, but the fact is it doesn't. I am anti-captialism, and a bit of a hippie. I have been leaning more towards Primitive Anarchism, but I feel that Anarchism is just a immature teenagers idea to rebel from conventional society. I guess my views are developing and conflicting with each other .

No way Brother. I'd much rather have them at each others throats.

And if that's not the correct answer, you can blame it on the guy who pointed it out on the forum where I found that picture.

Hah. No one has more conflicting political views than me

Like you, I'm pretty leftist and "pro-communism-if-it-worked".
While at the same time I'm very nationalistic (though not necessarily towards the Netherlands, but more towards the Germanic People as a whole). I'm obsessed with Germanic culture, religion and history, and I'd want to protect those to an extent only the most fanatic nationalists would.

So being socialistic and nationalistic at the same time... does that make me a National Socialist?

Yeah he'd have to stick his butt up in the air and probably get it shot off!

I suppose I'm a fiscal conservative, and am nearly completely apathetic to social issues but I am very sensitive to respecting tradition and traditional values. I also believe that minimal government is good government.

However I am in favor of programs which can help our least fortunate by I believe that intensive steps should be taken to assure that those crutches never become full blown prosthetics.

And finally, like Steve, I have a deeply held belief that people should not be protected from the consequences of their own poor decision making.
