Open SH4\Data\Cfg\Commands.cfg and search for "identify". This should take you to a section similar to this:
Code:
[Cmd343] Name=WP_Identify_target Ctxt=1 MnID=0x3F130002 Str=1073 Key0=0x49,s,"I" Code:
;[Cmd343] ;Name=WP_Identify_target ;Ctxt=1 ;MnID=0x3F130002 ;Str=1073 ;Key0=0x49,s,"I" That works fine for me. Keep in mind using SHIFT+I to automatically ID the ship tells you what ship it is but you still have to manually scroll through the rec manual until you get to the right page.

After eventually getting round to checking the ID Target it appears to not have the ; at the start of that section.
