Removing traffic from RSRD

so you eliminated the singles? awseome.Next step is to create a new one but with coastal only with escort(s) Thinking I may do that if I get a chance, will have to explain to me how to put it in so it shows up in campaign.

I like Bubblehead's idea of replacing the large number of singles with coastals + escorts. Having said that, even late in the war single ships were occasionally encountered - so I'd suggest that you don't eliminate all unescorted singles, just drastically reduce their numbers.
