Turm9c_1_hd.dat Turm9c_2_hd.dat Turm9c_3_hd.dat The reflection files you used are the old ones and the IX's towers do not show in the reflection on the water. There are new files on sergbutos site that correct this.I repacked them into the new files and the reflections worked.
