Well, the problem doesn't lie within the RUb 1.44 mod or the Heavy Traffic Mod as individuals! So hmmm :hmm:

Must be the mix of the two mods together that was giving me so much grief? Thought my Direct X problem had resurfaced and shown its ugly head once again!

So I will just play with RUb 1.44 and try to forget that I ever knew what heavy traffic was. Damn shame! Twas a good mod and I shall miss the extra eye candy.

Well Empty World, here I come....again!
