Can't start in Safe Mode

Nope that's all it mentioned.

I built this computer. The only hardware added/removed was when I built it last March. I never used Safe Mode. This was the first time I ever wanted to use it. When Windows crashed about a month or two ago, I was going to choose Safe Mode, but went with go back to last known good config instead (that opened up a whole can of worms I didn't want

). I'm not sure if it would have worked back then or not.
