[REL] Solution Solver Source Code

I took the download down when i started work on Solution Solver 2.0

But since i quit playing SH5 i had no immediate need to finish it. The code base is currently in an unfinished beta state until such time i start playing a subsim game again and have a need for it.

p.s. I had uploaded the unfinished beta the other day for someone. But i guess i'll just leave it up.

Note, its provided "As-Is".... with no documentation on the new features. Some of the new stuff was finished, while others were still a work in progress.
