Run Silent, Run Deep Campaign.
The stock campaign (which RFB doesn't touch) is abysmal. This doesn't come up much because I'd think anyone that cares enough to run a realism mod would want the campaign to be, say, remotely like WW2 in the Pacific (the stock campaign doesn't meet this requirement  ).
