key settings are located:
...\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\data\Cfg\Commands_en.c fg some mods edit out other changes when they overwrite a file.

If pisces advice doesn't resolve the issue try uninstalling the interiors mod and see if that rectifies the problem.
