[REL] Environmental MOD for Silent Hunter 5

I haven't had any crashes yet during a brief game (round an hour of play time) after I installed This.
First you enable the environmental mod in JGSME, and after you enable ClimateZone 2.0.

Maybe it's a different version than the one you're using? Anyways, it fixed the problem for me (atleast I think it did, don't have any time to test it anymore today)

By the way, the icy weather around the UK was because it's january
