Need more info....
What files have you downloaded? And what are you trying to open these files with? E.g. files i downloaded are TDW UI's and i open them with winzip, extract to my desktop and put file manualy into my SH5 mod folder. had no problems.

most times this is because you are trying to open a 7zip compressed file using winrar which for some reason has compatability issues when opening 7zip files
download 7zip, it will unzip all files winzip and winrar as well and it is a small open source utility that is free you may also be having issues with filefront which has been going spastic lately so it may just be your download site |

Or run scandisc. Corrupt files are quite common if your filesystem has errors.
