Yes, the zoom is fixed (unchangeable) on purpose.

Sorry for the lack of an "M" - there used to be one, but nobody "FR" it, so I stopped updating it and deleted it.

Munchausen's recommendation is likely the easiest method of getting the WE targetting function back in OLC Gold (provided you don't mind having to press a key for it).

Everything's all good now with everyone's help. Thanks for verifying the periscope zoom. Not sure what/how people were exploting or otherwise using the zoom to their benefit; for me its always been beneficial at various times. If I'm sitting in the between the 2nd and 3rd column of a convoy (get there well ahead of time and let them pass over me) being able to zoom in and out is a must. Since everything was having so many problems wanted to make sure on that aspect so I didn't feel like I was loosing it

Before I had to abruptly stop playing for a prolonged period I remember the OLC was just the scope itself and everything was left intact. Long as I know what keys/buttons are needed I was never so lazy I made macros to automate some of the trivial tasks.
