I rotate everybody out every four hours, unless the weather is bad, then it's every two.

I rotate every 6 hours, though during bad weather I'm the same as Steve and rotate every 2 hours

Me too mate,I hate having to babysit grown men all the time,I like to imagine one of the other officers onboard taking care of their 'R & R' needs freeing me up for more important tasks, after all, thats what they're there for,to assist us (when we need or desire it that is)

![]() ![]() ditto. I just pick different guys at random and just throw them up on the bridge from time to time. Two officers and two po's with 'watch' qual get rotated, but no set schedule.

Me three, or four, or five. It's not lazy, it's realistic. Kaluens didn't hand-hold everyone to and from their bunks or posts. And it's bad enough having to remember to move that lazy watch officer on deck when you've just surfaced...

I would go as far as to say that having the no fatigue option enabled makes for a more pleasurable experience allowing you to concentrate fully on the attack,or evasion etc etc.
Having fatigue 'on' is reserved only for those with a masochistic streak ![]() I reckon Sailor Steve has it on,he is definitely a sucker for punishment and likes his games HARD!,in fact I think he even likes all his torpedoes to miss (from what i've read so far) ![]() ![]()
