The values appear stored in the [MEDALS_CREW] block of Basic.cfg. When developing the Crew Manager component of SH3 Commander, I had a little bit of a look and found out:
-an EK2 increases experience by 1.25% -an EK1 increases resilience (appears to be by 1) -a DK increases morale (haven't worked out by how much though) -an RK...no idea -a Front Clasp increases resilience (haven't worked out by how much though) -a War Badge does nothing -qualifications...no idea -promotion increases resilience (haven't worked out by how much though) I remember asking this forum a while ago if anyone knows the rules - because if someone knows, I would like to know so I can model them in SH3 Commander. |
