I like my IXD2 cause its a sea cow. That goes on 250 day patrols. That survived a trip to germany in 1945. That escaped to Argentina-(thats my favorite part )

I've been using the VIIB for a while now and I am probably gonna stick with it, it's got me to halifax and it sunk quite afew tankers. Though I'm not to pleased with it's poor loadout but one look at a Type II and I feel good again

Its loadout was also made so that it would get the largest tonnage turnout per patrol days.

I used to think the VIIc but now that I have learned that you can get pretty much all the upgrades for a VIIb, I think I will stick with my old trusty and rusty VIIb

Same here. I usually only switch when I return with a Hull Damaged down 20% or less, at that point I would imagine a boat would be scrapped

Type XXIII isn't bad for short patrols near wars end.
