Yes, Ubi owns it as it is a derived work.

I'm not disagreeing with you on the new 3D content. It's all in how one wants to handle it. I choose to handle it in a protective manner due to the hundreds of hours and unique ideas/solutions I have come up with for the game People can say what they want but it's still original content created by myself and thus can and will be protected.
