If that is the order you have the mods installed (via JSGME) check if the water streams mod is 'greyed out', remove the FM_interior, lifeboat mod in that order.
Your water streams mod should return to dark/black text. Whichever mod upon it's removal has the above effect, simply add it before the waterstreams mod. Hopefully that will sort it.
