OLCE 2.0
RB_SH4_Effects_for_SH3_2_03
Lifeboats for SH3
Rowers for SH3
SH3 Commander

Will this work with this setup?

Yes, of course ! Because there are only two .tga (Picture-) Files ! This has nothing to do with the other MODs that you used !
