Welcome aboard
 When in MP mode either your installation or that of whoever is hosting the MP server have a mod that nobody else in your MP group have installed. EACH PARTICIPANT IN THE MP GROUP SHOULD HAVE IDENTICAL GAME FILES?INSTALLATIONS
