They aren't part of the game anymore. DarkWraith used custom python scripting to trap the "detection" of the ships when they were placed on the map in order to mark their time stamp. Ubisoft failed to fix doors and raincoats, so I doubt they'll be able to handle time stamps. heh

I'm quite utterly baffled when you say "risk" and "too much to figure out" with regards to the mod however. It's nearly identical to stock, except with extra officer buttons for controlling your sub. If you haven't installed it yet, you really should before thinking it's too much to handle or something. JSGME makes installing and uninstalling a two click process if you want to uninstall it for whatever reason.
