If you had checked the picture you'd have seen it said Type 212 right in the title. Greece operates the Type 209 and Type 214, the improved export variant of the 212. (According to the Wiki)

Yeah, they do look very similar. Really the only major external differences between the two are the arrangement of the stern planes and a sharper, more angular build on the 214.
