Destroyer out for revenge follows me all the way from England to Wilhelmshaven

Today's patrol was kind of crazy After attacking several convois en route to Liverpool, I was out of torpedoes and went home. Saw a "Glorious" aircraft carrier in the night, ambushed it and hit it with my remaining aft torpedo. Lucky shot, the AC kind of exploded and stopped, but did not sink. Her escorts left after a while, but the bugger didn't sink even though I emptied all my HE, AP, and even AA shells into her ;-)

Waited two days for her to sink, then left for Wilhelmshaven. After a while, a destroyer pops up and follows me in about 25 km distance all the way from England to Wilhelmshaven! WTF? Revenge for the Glorious? The destroyer zig-zagged continously, and eventually crashed into Wilhelmshaven beach Exploded, and "sunk" in the the beach

Anyone experienced this too? It's kind of annoying having a destroyer as a stalker Why did the destroyer follow me and kept zig-zagging? I had a look into the Python files but could not find a reason for this.

Thats a known bug. Solves itself if you save then reload

You should try Nisgeis' A.I. Mod. It fixes this kind of thing and it's kind of essential .

I observed something like that but the destroyer was German and he followed me from Wilhelmshaven to North until British coast zig-zagging continously, what happened to him, I didn't know.
