Hi,

I once read that even loading internal torps in all but very calm conditions was not possible. You had to dive and load submerged. Another self-imposed constraint

Here are a few pictures of loading and transferring torpedoes...a doctor even.

In the bottom shot you'll see the boat 'decks awash' to aid the process operation.

Jeez, and I thought paving was arduous.

In related news, I confirmed for myself that ships do turn turtle in the sim.

Unfortunately, all the screenshots I took in the twenty-three minutes from torpedo impacts to ship capsizing were all solid black, and I have no way of showing off my handiwork! Murphy's Law strikes again.

the rodney turtled when i put 4 magnetics under her starboard side past the torp belt.
