But that makes no sense, becouse I only replaced "one" watchman picture, which is now showing both in the crew "and" in the scope.

And I replaced a xo picture which now only shows in the crew..

Another Method to change it is from within The Menu Editor. If you go to the Page XO_TDC_Dialog you can edit the [Bt] Crew to point at whatever graphic you want.

thanks for the tip.
It was set to watchman.dds while it should be xo.dds, but when I change and save it and then start the game I still get the watchman picture...
When I then open the menu editor again the Bt first shows the watchman but as soon as i click on it, it changes to the xo? lol whats going on?
