Thanks, I went and messed with the display settings and it looks great now!

Not sure what fixed it, but I went to:

Display Properties/Settings/Advanced/Monitor

and changed refresh from 60 to 70, also went to:

Display Properties/Settings/Advanced/Displays/FPD

and unchecked "Scale image to panel size" under Panel Attributes. When I fired up the game, the attack scope looked fine Just to be sure I took a screen grab and cut out just the view thru scope, the width/height came out nice & square to within a few pixels

Thanks man, I don't feel like I'm looking thru an egg anymore

Default Please anybody

I've been looking for hours and can't find out how to change my res to something higher. I've tried editing the Main.cfg but no dice.

And all those links from 2005 are well and truly dead

Hi folks,

Coincidently, I've been trying to increase the res and using the sim in its own window.

I've used the res fix, altering the res to 1680 x 1050 in the d3d9 file, but despite this, the res sticks at 1024 x 768.

I've put all the res fix stuff in the SH3 folder before running the res fix, but no dice.

Also, I tried changing the res in the main.cfg file but vista doesn't seem to want let me when I make the edit using Notepad.

What have I missed?

Any ideas anyone?
