Yes, I was skeptical of the mods myself at first, but the TMO 1.9 works very nicely. Make sure you get the patch for TMO 1.9 too.

alright..

I downloaded JSGME and installed it to C:/Games/GME

I also copied the files before I launched it to C:/Prog Files/Ubi/SH4

And the desktop shortcut has start in: C:/Prog Files/Ubi/SH4

Now I unzipped TMO 1.9, TMO patch to MODS folder inside SH4 directory

C:/Prog Files/Ubi/Sh4/MODS/TMO1.9
C:/Prog Files/Ubi/Sh4/MODS/TMOPatch

Next I run JSGME, it sees both unloaded, I make a snap of stock files and then activate TMO then Patch...

RESULTS---> ZERO

NOTHING

SSDD

HEEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!:cr y:

Are you using Vista?
If so install the game in some other folder than Program Files folder.
This causes problems when you try to mod the game.
I think win7 has the same problem.
Make sure you are running everything as administer.

A shot in the dark but that's all I can see so far.

Make sure the folders are set up as:
C:/Prog Files/Ubi/Sh4/MODS/TMO1.9/Data/a_bunch_of_stuff
C:/Prog Files/Ubi/Sh4/MODS/TMOPatch/Data/a_bunch_of_stuff

and not:
C:/Prog Files/Ubi/Sh4/MODS/TMO1.9/TMO1.9/Data/a_bunch_of_stuff
C:/Prog Files/Ubi/Sh4/MODS/TMOPatch/TMOPatch/Data/a_bunch_of_stuff

If you are using Vista or Windows 7, either copy the whole SH4 tree somewhere else and run from there, or run JSGME as administrator.

I'd suggest having it installed somewhere other than in C:\Program Files
