Of course them crafty Japanese may have just kept Guam anchored all these years just to fool us.
Ya never can tell about them Japanese. They are insidious that way. Maybe the whole idea was for us to believe that Guam was a solid island just waiting for the day when "too" many marines get deployed. All the Japanese would have to do is pull the string and <flip>! And maybe this congresscritter is the only one who knows this? no, I can't back that up.

I've been to Guam too, and I know for a fact it can tip over! That's why they keep a submarine base there, so they can park the subs underneath whichever part looks low; at least until they can shift the people there to the other side.
