Actually, as I found out about the draconian DRM I was furious and stated that I would not get SH5 because of it, something I have sticked to.

However, as time goes by and I read more and more about the game, and watch what is going on, I am right now decided not to buy it because of the disastrous bugs and unfinished status it has, DRM aside. I don't understand why UBI starts by asking the Devs to "think big" with something innovative and then cuts their development time ridiculously. Each itineration of the series has had "in theory" vast improvements over the previous one, but most of them have been cut short by lack of developing time.

It amazes me that there are not many more people getting back to SH4. A good modded SH4 can stand very well (if not surpass) against the current poor SH5, and is also bulletproof. SH5 might not ever get to be that, even after 4 patches *if they are authorized by UBI* -which I also doubt.

And who said that games and all modders left SH4 to jump into the SH5 black hole?

Sh4 graphically is supperb
there is SH4's mod on Atlantic needing just a bit more features
Running through rooms? Easy just 3D and increase the command room and divide it in different secions.

So what SH5 has too offer if SH4 gets fully moded (like it happen on SH3)? Just pain of DRM until the day that UBI decides drop the server support on SH5.
