[WIP] Captain in 3rd person

No. There were some pre-release shots showing the obs scope being used by the 'captain'. I duplicated the effect in the screenshot thread, demonstrating the animations. Mine were done using the XO in his Captain Rahn guise. The Ubi ones likely were too. I suspect they were originally intended for the tutorial.

This is a similar technique, except you can never see him in first person due to a switch I use controlled by the Free_cam command.
