When it comes to calculating a reciprical bearing, the quickest way to do it is use the plus2/minus2 method (or vice versa). Eg, if you are heading 035 then Plus 2 = 235, Minus 2 = 215 If the reverse is true, then 215 Minus 2 = 015, Plus 2 = 035
