Take it easy and chill out and remember to drink fluids. I would still recommend the fish oil in some form, it has the oils and also vitamins and nutrients in a better form then your average greasy not-so-healthy food.

Oh right, forgot this.

Anywho, after the first 2-3 days of slight fever doing a rollercoaster and some mild headaches there's been no side effects. And most importantly, almost no pain on the joints. Now for the 2nd "fill-up", why the heck it has to be at 8am.

I had been meaning to ask, but here they say "no news is good news". Glad the side effects subsided.

I take it your not a fan of early mornings?

Better fill up on coffee, don't want to fall asleep during the treatment.

Who knows what they'd do to you. Wake up with some vital parts missing or something.

No news is definitely bad news here

Glad everything seems to be okay with Dowly

My right knee joint hurt when I jogged this morning that it forced me to quit halfway I hope it's nothing bad . . . .
