Anyone getting ctd load failure just now?

I've had a couple strange CTDs tonight - haven't had ANY up until these. One happened when I was all lined up on the Ark Royal!

It happened when I was going into the attack periscope view.

The next happened when I was all lined up on a tanker and a Hog Island in a covoy!

Happened just after I fired torpedoes and was switching from map view to inside the sub view.

Luckily third time was the charm - I reloaded the save and came across that same Ark Royal task force. Got her this time and made sure to save right after.
