Gotcha Robbo.
Thought you were banging your head at me. I guess you were banging your head at the game ![]() I have edited my main cfg TC settings. I think the game defaults to 8 tc when spotting enemies. I changed it to 1. This seems to allow the 'Ship Spotted' speech file to play. Well, about 50% of the time anyway. It still seems a bit buggy. Plus it gives me a chance to spot I've dropped to 1 TC and investigate. Might be worth a go. The reason I mentioned the travel mode button first is because that's how I nearly got myself killed today! |

Just remembered, there's 2 of 'em.
One in the game directory, and one in the documents folder. I didn't know which one to change, so I did both! I have a feeling it reads the one in the documents folder, but I ain't sure. Good luck. EDIT: One where your SH5 exe is. Data/Cfg/Main.cfg The other where your game saves are. Documents/SH5/Data/Cfg/main.cfg I think. Let me just go and double check that for you. I'm not at my gaming rig at the moment. Gimme 10 mins. Last edited by sergei; 03-16-10 at 05:03 PM. |
