Both those mods are mine I believe Paul.
All weather mod will allow you to fire the deck gun in ANY weather and come with the resulting difficulties of an unsteady platform etc. The ammo mod gives you 250 shells for either deckgun (88mm and 1o5mm) and 3/400 20mm. Both mods are meant to be enabled via JSGME. There is a report of one Type IX carrying 377 105mm rounds but I can't quote the source atm.
