I sank a Neautral....Opps !

SHIII really is modeled wrong on Neutral ships. Don't feel bad if you go into your Basic.gfg file and change the renown section, NEUTRAL= (to a plus number like .25) so it would be

NEUTRAL=.25

Yes, Hitler did change his mind on the subject several times. But tha basic terms were if a Neutral was running in an enemy convoy or escorting an enemy convoy it was fair game.

If running alone it was hands off.

I changed mine and leave lone Neutrals alone. But if they'er in an enemy convoy they'er mine.
