No non-mission patrol coordinates ?

But if I don't want to choose a mission, instead I prefer to go on simple patrol so I don;t get any grid to go to ? :\

No you will just have to 'role play' it and make belive that Bdu gives you some orders, you might get some convoy contacts while sailing the deep blue so that could give you something to do.

To put it in a nutshell if you dont choose some orders no orders will be given.
