Gramophone and radio are there, you just have to bind a key for them. Like with SetKeys, or download a mod that enables more keys like this: http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=163444

I never used the gramiphone. I use media player, or my MP3 when playing. LOL
