I think he does want the box to pop up on enemy contact, he just needed to know how to reset it because it stopped happening.

Vipper, I think you're all set now, yes? If not let us know. And if you want the box to go away permanently in future you know how to do that as well.

Doesn't that pop-up also pause the game? It can be very useful if you run high TC while afk.

No, it doesn't.
That's one of the reasons it creates problems.
