OK this is working nicely:

http://www.filefront.com/15715667/b25Wide_Camera.7z/

I had to take the camera from FM Interior (to insure compatibility) and tweak the angles in that file. The click to free cam feature is no longer active. It was doing some really squirrelly things. This one should work well. Activate on top of FM interior

you should enjoy this POV as it allows you to see more to the sides and thus take in more of the beautiful interiors as you cruise along.....

hi Desga. sure thing. its a very easy mod. I'm a little worried about compatibility. For example, this current camera is NOT compatible with Lucas open conning tower for FM interior (which just was released) I have made a new camera file based on this new mod which I will post. I will also post instructions on how to mod your own Camera.dat file to have wide angle features. This is the safest method to insure compatibility as you would modify the camera of the mod you are currently running. Im not sure if applying a cmaera.dat ontop of a mod will work in all cases. So therefore the fix would be to modify the Camera.dat file inside the mod and then apply the mod and you have the camera fix

Yes but the fact the camera is now stablized its lost some immersion factor for me. I loved your mod because it brought back the rocking motion of the boat in FM_Interiors 1.0

I was using the older version fine. What exactly was screwy about it?

hi cherbert,

i think the issue is if you want to use the open conning tower fix (which I assumed everyone will want to do as it opens the conning tower up to free camera) the old camera wont work at all but will cause a CTD) In addition the old camera (for me at least) was acting strange as far as the rocking. it was floating all over the place) I wanted to err on the side of caution and not mess people up so I removed it. If you would like I can post a link to the old one. But like I said if your going to use Luca's open conning tower, I don't think it will work. Some things about FM's interior are still new to me and im not 100% sure about certain things

PS try using "Shift E" and see if you have a rocking motion now

UPDATE: Use this version if you are using Luca.s Open Conning Tower for FM interior
